I suppose I should have been more clear about a forward approach. What would be an effective way to get someone to meet somewhere that lends itself to socializing/dating when one's immediate encounter is in a situation wherein conversation is particularly unlikely? I met a guy nearly a fortnight ago on a Thursday evening at a party. We clicked, got on and spent the entire night together - much like a first date. Following this - he spent the next week texting me at last once or twice a day (to which I repsonded!) and he called me once too for a chat. We met for our second (first official date I guess!) last Thursday and again all went well. He texted me the following day on Friday at around 6pm - quite a vague text to say he'd had a tough day at work with a hangover) to which I repsonded and then tried calling at 10pm at night - a call I missed because I was in the shower plus it was late-ish! I then texted him the following day at 4pm to say sorry for missing his call and to ask how he was and I haven't heard back. It's been two days now. What do you think? Am I over-reacting? Or is this a sign he simply aint that interested or playing hard to get? Please don't think I'm a saddo who sits by the phone - I'm not! But I was curious as to what anyone reading this thinks.
